One of the gifts of Riverfront not owning physical space is that we look to give resources directly back to our community. We do this by transforming already existing spaces into places of mission and partnering with other community organizations for good. Some projects below are owned and operated by Riverfront staff, while others are supported alongside our mission partners.

Wilmington Kitchen Collective
The Wilmington Kitchen Collective is a community-based project dedicated to empowering holistic transformation by providing affordable high-quality commercial kitchen facilities, business development, and economic support to culinary entrepreneurs.
This project brings together the culinary gifts of our entrepreneurs, the gift of space of Grace & First and Central Church, and the gift of creativity and organization of Riverfront.
Riverfront is the operating partner, taking charge of the day-to-day operations of the Kitchen.
If you'd like to get involved, we are always looking for more mentors and teachers in the Kitchen.

Family Promise of
Northern New Castle County
Family Promise works to transform the lives of families experiencing homelessness. Riverfront provides meals for Family Promise four weeks out of the year, extending our table to theirs, while financially giving each year. Pastor Chelsea also serves on their Board of Directors and is part of the conversation of the long-term work of this much needed organization.

Delaware Food Bank
The Delaware Food Bank's mission is to inspire hope in our communities by providing food to nourish Delawareans while collaborating on long-term solutions to hunger and poverty.
The Food Bank is a partner of the Wilmington Kitchen Collective, providing cooking classes and training to our entrepreneurs. Riverfront also volunteers alongside Grace Church in monthly food distribution events.
Wilmington Alliance
Wilmington Alliance brings people together to drive innovative solutions, leverage resources, and promote opportunities to empower the city's residents and businesses.
Wilmington Alliance is an important partner in the Wilmington Kitchen Collective and you can often find Riverfront members at Wilmington Alliance's community events.

Friendship House
Friendship House's mission is to unite people facing homelessness with loving, supportive communities they can call home- and they accomplish this mission in a variety of ways. Riverfront supports this ministry through financial giving and volunteer hours.

World Vision
World Vision believes in international missions that are grounded in relationships. World Vision is committed to "pulling up the roots of poverty and planting the seeds of change. Riverfront supports World Vision through our missional giving.
